Exchange Policy

   ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, should your product arrive damaged, we will gladly exchange it. To exchange your product, follow these simple steps:
  1. Request an Exchange Authorization Number by e-mail, use as the subject title “Exchange.”
  2. We will provide an Exchange Authorization Number to track your request.
    1. All exchanges MUST have an Exchange Authorization Number. If the exchange does not have an Exchange Authorization Number, it will not be processed.
    2. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  3. Carefully pack and send the damaged part only of your product AND original packaging to:
    HOOP I.Q.
    Attn: Exchanges
    10 Meadow Way
    Middlebury, VT 05753
  4. Please include the Exchange Authorization Number on the shipping label or front of the package.
  5. We suggest you insure the exchange shipment, as Hoop I.Q. is not responsible for items which incur damages during return shipping or which we do not receive.
  6. It will take up to 10 business days from when Hoop I.Q. receives the exchange to process. After processing, the new undamaged product will be shipped. All exchanges will be mailed via UPS or USPS Ground.
  7. Hoop I.Q. does not reimburse you for the cost of shipping your returned product, but we do pay the shipping to send new product.
